Connect a cPanel account

Use an API token

Password authentication may be blocked or return 403. A dedicated cPanel API token is the preferred connection method.

Connect

1. Create an API token in cPanel.
2. Open HomeStart Settings → Connections → cPanel.
3. Enter the server URL, cPanel username and API token.
4. Test and save.

Depending on host permissions, the widget can show hostname, account identity, disk and inode usage, bandwidth, domains, mail, databases and CloudLinux resource limits.
