Store them safely

Good to know
  • Save codes in your password manager.
  • Keep an encrypted offline copy.
  • Do not email them to yourself or store them in an unprotected note.

Use a code

  1. Sign in with your email and password.
  2. Enter one recovery code in the authenticator field.
  3. Remove the used code from your saved list.

If all codes are gone

Use another registered passkey if available. If you cannot sign in by any method, contact support from your registered email address.
