About these terms

These terms govern use of homestart.page and the HomeStart Help Centre. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. HomeStart is currently a pre-launch service; paid-plan terms, operator identity and business address must be completed before subscriptions are offered.

Your account

  • Provide accurate account information and keep your email address current.
  • Protect passwords, passkeys, authenticator devices, recovery codes and integration tokens.
  • Tell support promptly if you believe an account or connection is compromised.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

Permitted use

Use HomeStart for lawful personal or business dashboard activity and only connect systems you own or are authorised to administer. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

Availability and changes

HomeStart may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability or legal compliance. We aim to communicate material changes and planned disruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Preview and experimental features may change without notice.

Connected services and content

HomeStart can display information from third-party sites and services. Those providers remain responsible for their services, content and terms. A link or integration does not mean HomeStart endorses or controls the provider. Verify important server, financial, weather or health information at its original source.

Intellectual property

HomeStart’s branding, interface and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your saved content remains yours. You grant HomeStart only the limited permission needed to host, process and display it for you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, HomeStart is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for unauthorised systems connected by a user, or for failures of third-party services. Consumer statutory rights are not affected.

Ending use and governing law

You can stop using HomeStart and delete your account through account settings. We may restrict accounts that create security, legal or abuse risks, normally with notice where reasonable. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights continue to apply. Contact support@homestart.page with questions.
